Finca San Sebastian is a 3rd-generation farm located in the Boquete region of Panama at the base of the Baru Volcano. Situated at ~5,000 ft. above sea level, harvests have traditionally been highly-regarded as a premium product. The harvest that ended 2021 produced around 100 bags, 9 of which were destined for the USA. High Point Roasters has secured all 9 bags of this year's crop!
The coffee is fully washed and solar dried. Deep bodied and full of flavor, this light-medium roast produces flavors of hibiscus, orange blossom, and caramel. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
