Please call and e-mail us as soon as possible to cancel an order. If we can accommodate the request, we certainly will. If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. If you receive an order that was incorrect or is less than expected quality, contact us and we’ll correct the issue in the best way we can. We highly value each of our customers and will go to great lengths to ensure satisfaction.
Non-coffee items may be returned or exchanged within 30-days of the purchase date. Contact us by phone (662.534.9797) to arrange an exchange.
